Beautiful restaurant, breathtaking view and surroundings, the Lalique magic. We took a menu &quot;Valse&quot;, and that was spectacularly served. As far as the cuisine is concerned, very elegant and modern, excellent arctic char, excellent foie gras served in a cocoa butter casing, excellent desserts. Many different small tastings get onto your plate, to open your taste buds. However, too much &quot;espuma&quot;,  diced citrus -which I love- hides on some occasions the very subtle other tastes, and there is not enough juicy final &quot;deglacage&quot;  or *jus de cuisson&quot; that gives the wonderful finish of a dish. As an example, the &quot;paleron &quot; may better served with just its own juice. Very good wines, you can go by the glass.  To recommend for a wonderful memory of sitting in a jewelry box!

Une gastronomie de tr&egrave;s grande qualit&eacute;, un service excellent. On ne peut dire que &quot; BRAVO &quot; et on ne peut que les encourager pour d&eacute;crocher la 3&eacute;me &eacute;toile.

Endroit magnifique, personnel aux petits soins, cuisine extraordinaire&hellip; seul b&eacute;mol, au moment de r&eacute;gler l&rsquo;addition, le restaurant n&rsquo;a pas accept&eacute; le payement par the Fork Pay avec la carte cadeau qui nous avait &eacute;t&eacute; offerte (il est bien sp&eacute;cifi&eacute; lors de la r&eacute;servation :Insider, Michelin, Pay, carte cadeau). R&eacute;sultat : j&rsquo;ai d&ucirc; payer l&rsquo;addition et il va falloir que je trouve un restaurant qui accepte le payement par the Fork.

Excellent place, staff at small care, extraordinary kitchen... only bemol, at the time of setting the addition, the restaurant did not accept the payment by the Fork Pay with the gift card that had been offered to us (it is well specified when booking :Insider, Michelin, Pay, gift card). Result: I had to pay the addition and I will have to find a restaurant that accepts the payment by the Fork.
